We’re excited for the turn of the calendar and the beginning of a new year. 2025 promises to hold great fly fishing experiences here in the Colorado River basin. As the regions most experienced outfitter, we wanted to share our vision as we head into a new year.
We offer walk/wade and float trips on the Colorado River, the Eagle, the Roaring Fork, Frying Pan, and White River, as well as Stagecoach Reservoir. If you are new to fly fishing, we want to introduce you to this unique and wonderful way to experience the outdoors. If you have enjoyed fly fishing for a few seasons or several years, we want to increase your opportunities for a fish of a lifetime or a day on the water like you have never had before. Regardless of experience level, our guided trips — always fun and always educational — provide great opportunities to net one of Colorado’s feisty Browns, picky Rainbows, or beautiful Cuttbows.
On this blog, we will be offering information on each season, for each month, and on spotlighted rivers in our region. So, for example, at the beginning of March, you can expect to see a blog focused on the Spring season; bug hatches, challenges, and opportunities for March; and a focus on, say, the Roaring Fork. Whether you look to us for a guided trip (which we hope you do!) or you check out our “forecast” for each month, we want this to be a valuable resource to enhance your time on the water.
To book a trip, please call or use the online form on this website.
Here’s wishing you a prosperous new year – and by “prosperous” we mean “many fish to the net.”
